Jag har lyckan att ha n\u00e4rheten till havet &amp; naturen d\u00e4r jag ofta hittar min \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning.&nbsp; Har f\u00f6r en del \u00e5r sedan kunnat sl\u00e4ppa mycket av mitt tidigare prestationst\u00e4nk &amp; att inte r\u00e4cka till eller duga. Vi duger alla precis som vi \u00e4r. Detta har blivit&nbsp;mer och mer uppenbart f\u00f6r mig medan jag utbildat mig till yogainstrukt\u00f6r och \u00e5terh\u00e4mtningsterapeut. Det har f\u00e5tt mig att landa i vad som viktigt p\u00e5 riktigt. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r vill jag v\u00e4lkomna dig till en trygg, lugn och harmonisk milj\u00f6 d\u00e4r du f\u00e5r vara dig sj\u00e4lv.<br>\n                    <br>&nbsp;Jag erbjuder yoga , olika former av samtal samt cirklar &amp; kurser. \u00c5terh\u00e4mtningsterapin \u00e4r en fin och h\u00e5llbar v\u00e4g ut ur utmattning,&nbsp; stora livsh\u00e4ndelser eller annat som skapat en s\u00e4mre livskvalitet. Jag hj\u00e4lper dig att hitta nya v\u00e4gar mot ett liv i mer harmoni &amp; att hitta gl\u00e4djen trots livets upp och ner-g\u00e5ngar.<br>\n                    <br>Enligt mig s\u00e5 \u00e4r yogan ett fint s\u00e4tt att f\u00e5&nbsp; lugn i sj\u00e4len, landa mer i nuet och en stund att f\u00e5 stilla tankarna och att f\u00e5 b\u00e4ttre kroppsk\u00e4nnedom.&nbsp;<br>\n                    <br>I yogaklasserna vill jag f\u00f6rmedla lugn och inspirera andra att se yogans &amp; meditationens effekter f\u00f6r b\u00e5de kropp och sj\u00e4l. Vikten av att ge sig sj\u00e4lv tid f\u00f6r \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning. Att g\u00e5 in mer i varandet \u00e4n i g\u00f6randet.<br>\n                    <br>Jag b\u00f6rjade sj\u00e4lv aktivt att yoga 2012 d\u00e5 jag m\u00e5nga \u00e5r tidigare varit l\u00e5ngtidssjukskriven med \u00e5ngest och stressproblematik. Yogan blev ett verktyg f\u00f6r mig att sl\u00e4ppa taget och tankarna en stund.
